United Employment Group responsive website

PROBLEM The client was looking for a brand new site requiring the ability to have a category driven job portal. The site was for the concrete and industrial industry job market. The site needed to be fully responsive and updatable. SOLUTION The decision to use ExpressionEngine as the CMS seemed to be the best solution to prove a secure environment, easy to use CMS, flexible and offered the right amount of customization. The requirements drove the functionality for this site; the client required the ability to post jobs within several categories and sub categories and provide the user with the ability to apply online. Those forms also needed to be sorted to the different agents with whom the category was associated with. The clients also need a way for users to submit hiring needs to the company. All of this was achieved within their category structure of EE, dynamic code was integrated within the templates to sort the applications and get that information to the right individual. I designed the UI, architect the site map, developed and integrated all of the dynamic features into the site such as a job board, ability to add or delete jobs, uploading of resumes to the right contact and manage all the jobs by category. The entire site was developed using Bootstrap and is fully mobile responsive HTML5 site. Several other plugins for integrated to improve the companies SEO.
